Payment Options

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, CareCredit and select insurances. Please call us to discuss rates and pricing for our services.


We are currently in-network with the following insurance plans:

Disclaimer: Although we may be considered in-network with your insurance carrier, this DOES NOT guarantee coverage or payment for our services.
If we are not in-network providers for your insurance plan, we can provide you with necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement of services paid for. Again, out-of-network reimbursement is not guaranteed. All out-of-network claims are the patient's responsibility.

All insurance claims are filed following treatment and are subject to review by your insurance carrier. We will submit a claim with your insurance carrier once per appointment and any further insurance appeal is the patient's responsibility unless a secondary source of payment is established.


Will my insurance cover therapy?

We will be happy to run your benefits for you. Please call us and have your insurance card handy. We also recommend that you call the customer service number on your insurance card and ask what your therapy benefits are for speech therapy and if there are any exclusions that apply.

Cancellation Policy/Late Policy

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours before the appointment time.

Right Bite defines ‘Late’ as arriving to your appointment 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time. If your clinician is running late, they will contact you as a courtesy to determine if rescheduling is needed. Please provide the same courtesy if you are running late to your appointment. If you are repeatedly late to appointment, you may be asked to change your appointment time, or your session may be shortened.
