Payment Options

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and select insurances. Please call us to discuss rates and pricing for our services.


We are currently in-network with the following insurance plans:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • United Healthcare (Note: we do not currently accept HMO or EPO plans requiring referrals at this time)
  • Tricare (Certified Non-Network)
  • TMHP
  • Superior Health Network


Disclaimer: Although we may be considered in-network with your insurance carrier, this DOES NOT guarantee coverage or payment for our services.
If we are not in-network providers for your insurance plan, we can provide you with necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement of services paid for. Again, out-of-network reimbursement is not guaranteed. All out-of-network claims are the patient's responsibility.

All insurance claims are filed following treatment and are subject to review by your insurance carrier. We will submit a claim with your insurance carrier once per appointment and any further insurance appeal is the patient's responsibility unless a secondary source of payment is established.


Will my insurance cover therapy?

We will be happy to run your benefits for you. Please call us and have your insurance card handy. We also recommend that you call the customer service number on your insurance card and ask what your therapy benefits are for speech therapy and if there are any exclusions that apply.
